Abstract
Erlebnisgastronomische Konzepte bieten Potenziale für den fachpraktischen Unterricht mit Auszubildenden gastronomischer Ausbildungsberufe, wenn neben den Konzepten auch fachliche Fragestellungen aufgegriffen werden. Dabei ist – im Sinne eines handlungsorientierten Unterrichts – der handelnde und schüleraktive Umgang mit diesen Inhalten ebenso entscheidend wie die Reflexion der in der Fachpraxis erprobten Elemente der Erlebnisgastronomie.

Elements of event gastronomy in the practical teaching of catering professions
Abstract
Event catering concepts offer the potential for practical instruction with trainees in catering professions if subject-specific issues are addressed besides the concepts. In the sense of action- oriented teaching, the active and student-active handling of these contents is just as important as the reflection of the elements of event gastronomy that has been tested in practice.
