Abstract
Communication Channels and their Effects on Culinary Practices among Swiss Seniors. An explorative Case Study
The study investigates how different communication channels influence motivation, confidence, and cooking skills of seniors regarding plant-based nutrition. Videos and cooking demonstrations show similar effectiveness, while brochures and recipes alone are less persuasive. Long-term behavioural changes remained limited. Interactive formats such as videos or live streaming are recommended as promising approaches.
