Abstract
Culturally inclusive Nutrition and Consumer Education: Insights from the San Communities in Namibia
This article analyzes how informal learning processes in Nutrition and Consumer Education take place in the San Communitys of Namibia through informal, community-based learning processes and how these interact with external influences. Based on a qualitative case study, the article highlights the relevance of indigenous knowledge for sustainable nutrition, and provides insights and implications for a culturally inclusive nutrition and consumer education.
