You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us - our name, address, and contact details can be taken from the imprint - of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail). You may use the sample withdrawal form below, although it is not obligatory.
The simplest way is to use the electronic withdrawal function linked on this page: there you can fill in and submit the sample withdrawal form, or any other unequivocal statement, electronically. If you use this option, we will communicate an acknowledgement of receipt of such a withdrawal without delay.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay, and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. Such reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. Since this concerns digital content not supplied on a physical medium, no return-shipping costs apply.
