Abstract

Im Beitrag wird aufgezeigt, wie in einer Lehrveranstaltung eine Performanzsituation in der Lehrerinnen- und Lehrerbildung geschaffen und durchgeführt wird, welche die Kompetenzentwicklung angehender Lehrpersonen in Entrepreneurship Education (EE) im Fach Ernährung und Haushalt (E&H) im Selbstversuch anregt und aktionsforschend-analytisch auswertet.
