Vor dem Hintergrund zivilgesellschaftlicher Heterogenität fokussiert der vorliegende Beitrag das Thema ‚Interkulturalität‘ in der berufsschulischen Bildung. Ausgehend von einem Rahmenlehrplan des Berufsfelds Ernährung und Hauswirtschaft wird das Potential von Berufsschulunterricht zur (Weiter)Entwicklung interkultureller Kompetenz betrachtet.

Points of reference for interculturality in the framework curriculum for the training occupation of housekeeper

Summary

Against the background of civil heterogeneity, this article focuses on the topic of ‘interculturality’ in vocational school education. Based on a framework curriculum of the vocational field of nutrition and home economics, the potential of vocational school education for the (further) development of intercultural competence is considered.
