Abstract

This article presents an analysis of political attitudes of the Russian political elite. The study includes a typology of the spectrum of political ideas and values which are actually existing in the Russia. The aim is to reveal problems on the basis of which consensus and harmonization of different political groups can be reached. In the framework of a psycho-semantic approach there was developed a special questionnaire. Different methods of multivariate statistics were used for studying the structure of political thoughts, to construct a typology of political points of view, and to classify respondents according to their political attitudes.
