Women's and gender studies in educational science have contributed significantly to the fact that the influence of gender and gender difference can no longer be ignored.

The yearbook is conceived against this background and sets itself two central tasks: Firstly, it aims to continuously document gender research in educational science and secondly, to create an innovative forum for academic discourse.

All articles are peer-reviewed according to the international standard for review journals.

Suggestions for future topics for the Jahrbuch erziehungswissenschaftliche Geschlechterforschung can be sent to the editorial team by e-mail. The editorial team will review and discuss the proposed topics in consultation with the scientific advisory board.

Please note that the main topics of the yearbook are determined approximately two years in advance. If you are interested in publishing an issue, please contact the editorial team in good time with your ideas for a focus.
